DeWayne Wilcox began his plumbing career in new construction in 1997, while residing in Tennessee, after a friend encouraged him to get into the trade. After relocating to Florida in 1999, DeWayne got into the residential side of plumbing where he has been ever since. He has been a residential plumber with Hiller Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical since 2013 and is now an integral part of the Total Tech team as a plumbing instructor.
DeWayne is a United States Air Force Disabled Veteran who served the United States from 1991 – 1995. His heart is to give back to his brothers and sisters who serve in the Armed Forces and he takes great pride in helping those members through the Total Tech and Hiller partnership with Fort Campbell’s CSP program, Transition to Trades.
David Allen has a background in the residential plumbing field, where he has over 13 years of experience. He began as an apprentice at a family members plumbing company and quickly realized how much he enjoyed the trade and thought that this could be more than just a job. He made the commitment to learn the trade and thereby would better himself and his family. David wanted to give back to the trade that had been so good to him over the years, so when the opportunity came along for him to be an Instructor he took it. He enjoyed his time as Plumbing Instructor for Total Tech and making a positive impact on those he taught, but he had a desire to assist in growing the organization and also had growth goals for himself, so when the position of Deputy Director came available he decided to jump on board. He assists Don Miller with the daily operations of the facility and works closely with all Total Tech instructors.
David and his wife, Natasha, have 3 beautiful children. He has a giving heart and is a huge part of the Total Tech team.
